Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas.Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast paced environment.Assists applicants with completing online applications, new hire paperwork and keeps them informed on proper applicant procedures.Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews – partner with recruiters and leaders to fulfill interview scheduling requests and manage onsite candidate interviews..Process background checks on applicants and check completed paperwork. Review submitted employment applications to ensure that candidates provided all necessary information.Coordinate all new hire photos for ID badges and upload into HR database.Perform administrative duties associated with maintaining employee files and documents, reporting and auditing the accuracy of HR data.Serve as first point of contact for all general HR inquiries, track all inquiries and escalates to other areas within HR when appropriate.Handles various levels of HR related inquiries from team members and managers.Prepares appropriate documentation and processes necessary paperwork. The Human Resources Representative provides functional support to the human resources (HR) department by responding to employee questions and inquiries.
